Start with a number, not a promise

Two instruments from 4C Method®, open to anyone. One puts a price on what a process is already costing you; the other tells you where your organization stands. Neither asks for a budget or commits you to anything.

Hidden Cost Calculator

A manual process has a price, and it's calculable: who touches it, how many hours they spend on it, and what that hour costs with employer burden included. The calculator asks for those three numbers per role and returns what that process costs you per year.

That number is your baseline. Without it, any return someone promises you can't be verified.

IMA-4C® Self-Assessment

IMA-4C® is the maturity index every diagnostic starts with: twenty-five statements about your organization, five dimensions with different weights. This is the short version, meant to be answered on your own.

When you finish, you see your level and your two most urgent gaps. The full version, the one used in Phase 1, is applied to leadership and staff separately: the distance between what one sees and what the other lives through is usually the most valuable finding.
